The BMBC Experience

In July 2011 the Blue Mountains Bus Company launched the Blue Mountains Bus Company Experience initiative.

The Blue Mountains Bus Company Experience describes the vision that the company is working towards and provides to all the company’s employees a guide as to the actions and behaviours that create that experience and the core values that underpin everything that we do.

This initiative is a result of our research into what our customers, our employees and our stakeholders are looking for from us. What we have determined is that our customers want the best possible experience that they can have when they travel with us. Our employees want the best possible experience that they can have when they work with us. And our stakeholders also want an exceptional experience when they deal with us.

We are building a culture within the company that will enable us to provide this experience, all day, every day.
