How do I get a bus pass?

Obtain an application form from your student’s school office, complete the form and the school will send the information to us.

When will I get my bus pass?

All bus passes are sent to the school at the beginning of the school year and distributed by the school office.

Can I use my bus pass to travel to before and/or after school care?

No, Free School Bus passes are only for travel to and from the student’s home address.

How do I know what bus to catch to and from school?

All school buses are identified with a 3 or 2 digit number displayed in the front window, please check the school timetables or contact our office for further information.

How do I find a seat?

The sooner you find a seat, the sooner the bus can continue its trip. So find a seat quickly, but please leave the front seats vacant for younger and/or disabled students who may board after you.

How do I let the driver know I want to get off the bus?

Let the driver know you want to get off by pressing the Stop request button as you approach your stop. The bus driver will pull over at the first stop he or she can safely use after you request your stop.
