Lost & Found Property

Blue Mountains Bus Co keeps and records all property lost and found on our buses. Lost and found property is kept at the depot where the bus operates from. Every effort will be made by depot staff to identify and contact the owner of a lost item. Lost property that isn’t identified is stored for three months before disposal.

Retrieval of lost property items

If you have left something on a Blue Mountains Bus Co bus (or think you may have) ring the depot that the route you were traveling on operates from. They will check your description against the lost property register. If the lost item has not yet been found your details and the description of your lost item will be recorded and checked when more property is handed in.
